Returns
We have a straightforward return policy, allowing returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send the package.
For a successful return, ensure the product is in its unused condition and original product’s box, retaining the item’s new status.
Kindly note, returns that are not pre-approved will not be accepted.
Damages
Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to carefully inspect the product(s) to ensure that they have not been damaged during transport. If any damages or defects are identified, please send us the details of your order, photos of the issue (if applicable), and a description of the issue. Failure to report the damage within 8 hours of receiving the product(s) to [email protected] would prevent your request from qualifying for ElektroCare. We will not be able to process your request in our insurance system if you inform us too late.
Wrong product
In case you have received the wrong product, we would like to apologise and assure you that we will get your originally intended product(s) in your hands as quickly as possible. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] and provide your order details and contact information. Once we have received this information, we will send you a return shipping label. Please note that we can only send your intended product(s) once we have received the wrong device.
Refund Payment
Once your return reaches us, our team will promptly inspect the product(s). We believe in transparency, so we will keep you informed throughout the process. You will receive a notification detailing whether your refund has been approved. If your product(s) is/are approved, your original payment method will be automatically credited. While we strive to make this process swift, please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company might take up to 7 working days to process the refund.
To ensure a successful refund process, we kindly ask you to ensure that you have supplied an active bank card for online purchases. This is crucial as it will help prevent any potential refund hiccups.
