What if the device gets damaged or stolen during my subscription term?
In the instance of your device getting damaged, you can return it to ElektroPlug and we’ll cover 80% of the damages with Elektro Care. At the moment, we do not cover theft.
How can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
You can upgrade or downgrade your device by navigating to your account and clicking on upgrade or downgrade
How can I cancel my subscription with ElektroPlug?
