Delivery Time

Your order will be shipped after you have been fully verified. Most orders will be processed within 1-3 working days from receipt of your order, excluding weekends, and public holidays. 

The shipping time varies based on location:

Major centres: 1-3 working days

Outlying areas: 3-5 working days

In the case of delays with the shipment of your product, you will be notified of the estimated arrival. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with your shipping information. This will include a tracking number, a link to a website where you can track your package, and an estimated time of arrival. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to show up in the system.

Kindly note that only the customer who has placed the order can accept the package from our couriers. Please make sure that you are physically present to receive the product(s) and to show your ID. Otherwise, we cannot deliver the product(s), which will result in additional shipping costs for you.

We offer free standard shipping throughout South Africa. Shipping is also free when you return your product(s) once your subscription term has ended.

Damages

All our orders are shipped with insurance. If you received your order damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to file a claim at [email protected]. In the case of damages, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If any damages or defects are identified, please send us the details of your order, photos of the issue (if applicable), and a description of the issue. Failure to report the damage within 8 hours of receiving the product(s) to [email protected] would prevent your request from qualifying for ElektroCare.
